Instructor-Led Training
At OnTrack, we believe that effective training begins with understanding your needs. We’ll work with you to help determine the appropriate type of training for your team, so no one’s time is wasted covering functionality they won’t use. Because OnTrack is based on a process view of project management we train users from this perspective. Full users ( power users ) are given a thorough overview of OnTrack’s functionality, while occasional users will be given tools necessary to understand the areas they deal with on a regular basis.
Aside from our comprehensive end-user training, we also offer system administrator training, team training for project contractors, and learning materials support and knowledge transfer for your internal trainers.
Our instructors can train your team at your site, at the offsite facility of your choice, at our Calgary training facility, or via webinar. In cases where OnTrack Engineering hosts your data, we can also, with permission, shadow users to provide direction, feedback, tips and tricks as they use OnTrack.
Online Self-Paced Training
Our online self-paced training modules give users a way to get trained instantly on the subjects they need to know right now. Users who have already been trained can refresh their skills without having to wait for a training course to be available. They can also toggle between their live application and the training module to apply their learning to their own project.
