Why Quick Start
The Quick Start option lets you begin maximizing your ROI (return on investment) and using the OnTrack solution to manage projects right away. It’s also a great way to manage a pilot project, letting your users and us use lessons learned when we roll out a larger deployment.
How It Works
Provide us with your coding structure, vendor dates, and purchasing reports with general and specific conditions, and we’ll configure the system to your needs and train your key users in an open working session. We start with our Quick Start templates* and adjust them to fit your operations. Usually by the end of a week your core team will be trained and using the system to manage projects and produce reports.
The Quick Start program also includes three months of hosting by OnTrack Engineering, letting us act as your system administrator and shadow your team as they gain confidence in their use of the program. We also provide you with web-based, self-paced training tools so you can enhance and refresh your knowledge of the software as and when needed during those first critical ninety days of use.
